Requisition Number: 215126
External Description:
The Program Manager at Teradata’s Executive Briefing Center is a highly visible role responsible for orchestrating successful customer engagements virtually and at Teradata’s offices in Singapore. On occasion, you may be asked to manage executive briefings where APJ customers intend to visit Teradata’s Executive Briefing Center (EBC). Due to COVID, we are doing in-person, hybrid, or virtual briefings. With the COVID pandemic waning, more of these briefings will be done in-person. This role reports into the Director of the Executive Briefing Center. This person is the lead for managing EBC Discussion Leaders and building impactful agendas for customers from the Teradata’s growing APJ region. This position requires daily engagement with Teradata’s global field account teams as well as EBC Discussion Leaders. Success will be measured via customer feedback surveys as well as feedback surveys of Teradata’s field sales teams following the completion of customer briefings at the EBC.
The EBC Program Manager is responsible for continuous improvement of the briefing center experience, aligned to Teradata’s brand. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, an understanding of the sales organization, as well as serving as the face of Teradata to customers visiting the APJ region. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging senior leaders from across various organizations within Teradata to ensure that each customer briefing is successful and exceeds customer and account team expectations. The candidate will collaborate with marketing, sales and consulting, and product management to create dynamic, engaging customer briefings that accelerate sales. The position requires strong leadership through project and program management skills.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, requiring minimal supervision and direction. The individual must be capable of making decisions and asserting authority amidst challenging stakeholders. As part of global marketing, this role requires a growth mindset individual that is curious, eager to challenge the status quo, test and fail fast, understand what and how to measure contributions and success, industrialize best-practices, and adopt a lean methodology.
