Summary Description

Teradata is looking for an experienced digital marketer to join the growing Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence team. This individual in partnership with Demand Generation and Field Marketing will lead the design, execution and optimization of integrated, multi-channel campaigns as well as own the demand generation and engagement goals for the website.

Digital strategy is a must in this role, and this person would be key to modernizing and driving our website and campaigns forward. This person will also oversee the establishment of best practices in website and campaign optimization and personalization, identifying new data sources, touchpoints and leveraging digital channels, lead and account centric insights and analytics in deploying campaigns focused on creating pipeline and driving ARR goals.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a team of campaign execution and account based marketing specialists, email marketing, paid media, SEO, chat, video and other digital channel experts
Driving the web and campaign optimization and personalization strategy
Experience with deploying content personalization using tools like PathFactory, Eloqua, 6sense
Driving and shaping the campaign activation, orchestration, optimization and measurement landscape using innovative go-to-market models and campaign playbooks (lifecycle, lead and account centric, prospecting vs customer models)
Experience working with 1st and 3rd party data sources, anonymous intent signals, scoring, behaviors in driving smarter segmentation and targeting strategies
Subject matter expertise and end-to-end ownership of Teradata’s website, search (organic, paid), advertising, email, chat, video channel strategies
Brainstorming, designing and deploying nurture campaigns (buying stage based, intent based, persona, vertical and more) based on organizational needs
Being the key stakeholder in upgrading and modernizing the corporate website and campaign and content planning programs
Delivering best practices on user experience, search engine optimization, digital design, and lead generation.
Aligning digital and web interactions to the customer’s digital journey to increase overall engagement and funnel improvements
Experience designing and deploying lifecycle campaign plays (new logo conversion, customer expansion and migration, renewal, at-risk and competitive takedown)
Collaborating closely with Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Partner, Customer marketing, Content, Field, GTM, Marketing Ops, Digital Ops, Data teams and digital agencies
Collaborating globally with peers on localized campaign and website needs to help drive business in supported global regions
Reporting monthly, and as needed, on key digital and campaign wins and overall program growth
Educating and evangelizing the role of digital in a modern B2B marketing operations
Motivating and drive a large team of specialized individuals towards optimal performance
Own, monitor and interpret web, campaign, ABM analytics

Qualifications and Requirements

10+ years of experience managing, evolving, and optimizing B2B campaigns and web experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field
Proven experience working in Digital Marketing
B2B, SaaS, and tech industry experience
Experience with marketing software such as Eloqua, Drift, Salesforce, 6sense, Path Factory, LinkedIn, virtual event platforms such as ON24, Cvent
Proficient in Google Analytics
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization tools (Intellimize, Optimizely)
Experience using user testing tools
Experience using SEO tools (Brightedge)
Understanding of SEO / SEM best practices
Must have strong experience in Global integrated marketing for B2B technology, digital and campaign marketing execution, and executive engagement
Must have strong communication and cross-functional virtual team leadership skills
Experience in building, managing, and motivating high performing teams
Confident in managing numerous projects simultaneously, and have a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and urgency in everything you do
Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
A data-driven approach to everything you do
