Integrated Digital Campaign Marketing Director

Teradata is looking for an experienced digital marketer to join the growing Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence team. This individual in partnership with Content, Demand generation, Field, and Customer marketing will lead the design, execution and optimization of integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns as well as own the lead generation and engagement goals for the digital ecosystem including but not limited to the website.

Digital strategy is a must in this role, and you would be key to modernizing and driving our website and digital campaigns forward. In this role, you will also oversee the establishment and implementation of best practices in website and campaign optimization by identifying new data sources, touchpoints and leveraging digital channels, lead and account-centric insights, and analytics. You will work collaboratively to build customer journeys that integrate our digital touchpoints to drive pipeline. Key Responsibilities

  • Closely collaborate across digital marketing functions, field marketing, demand generation, partner, customer marketing, content, marketing ops, Data teams, and digital agencies, to ensure the development of integrated digital campaigns that align to a customer journey to drive demand
  • Translate goals into effective integrated digital strategies for key product offer launches and customer/prospect segments that support the achievement of quarterly and annual goals
  • Guide the digital activation and optimizations across key campaigns and ensure transparency of the plan through integrated strategies, campaign calendars, and measurement at every stage of the journey
  • Manage a team of campaign activation, email marketing, paid media, SEO, chat, video, and other digital channel experts
  • Drive the web and campaign optimization and personalization strategy
  • Experience with deploying content personalization using tools like PathFactory, Eloqua, 6sense
  • Drive and shape the campaign activation, orchestration, optimization, and measurement landscape using innovative go-to-market models and campaign playbooks (lifecycle, lead and account-centric, prospecting vs customer models)
  • Experience working with 1st and 3rd party data sources, anonymous intent signals, scoring, behaviors in driving smarter segmentation, and targeting strategies
  • Subject matter expertise of website, search (organic, paid), advertising and media, email, chat, video, programmatic, and mobile channel strategies
  • Experience driving account-based marketing strategies and models
  • Brainstorm, design, and deploy nurture campaigns (buying stage-based, intent-based, persona, vertical and more) based on organizational needs
  • Being the key stakeholder in upgrading and modernizing the website, campaign, and content planning programs
  • Experience designing and deploying lifecycle campaign plays (new logo conversion, customer expansion, and migration, renewal, at-risk and competitive takedown)
  • Collaborating globally with peers on localized campaign needs to help drive business in supported global regions
  • Reporting monthly, and as needed, on key digital and campaign wins and overall program growth
  • Educating and evangelizing the role of digital in a modern B2B marketing operations
  • Motivating and drive a large team of specialized individuals towards optimal performance
  • Own, monitor and interpret web, campaign, and ABM analytics


Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience managing, evolving, and optimizing B2B digital campaigns and web experiences
  • 10+ years managing and coaching as a leader
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience Google/Adobe Analytics, SEO tools (Brightedge), Chat tools (Drift, Intercom, Qualified), A/B testing and conversion rate optimization tools (Intellimize, Optimizely), Programmatic advertising tools (Demandbase, 6sense, Adobe advertising clouds, MediaMath, Trade desk, Google Ad manager, AdRoll), user testing and feedback tools
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing software such as Eloqua, Salesforce, 6sense, PathFactory, LinkedIn, virtual event platforms such as ON24, Cvent
  • Must have strong experience in Global integrated marketing for B2B technology, digital and campaign marketing execution, and executive engagement
  • Deep experience in strategy and execution across digital channels for a range of targets with a history of successful outcomes in a global organization
  • Excellent operational and project management, including the ability to manage diverse projects and multiple priorities under aggressive timelines and expectations
  • Past B2B marketing experience, and understanding of how-to best position and roll out strategies
  • Understanding of SEO, Digital Media, Account-based marketing best practices
  • Must have strong communication and cross-functional virtual team leadership skills
  • Experience in building, managing, and motivating high-performing teams
  • A data-driven approach to everything you do
