As the Sr. Learning & Development Program Manager, you will actively lead projects focused on developing and delivering leadership and employee development solutions that align with business priorities. Your consultative skillset allows you to partner effectively with your colleagues in the People Organization to design and develop delivery mechanisms which drive adoption of our solutions. Your detail-oriented planning and project management skills allow you to manage multiple priorities and pivot with agility when circumstances change or a new direction is set. You are self-driven with a high degree of ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you regularly must balance speed and quality.

 

Key job responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate innovative development solutions that support Teradata people’s leadership and professional growth.
  • Design, create, and utilize necessary learning materials for in-person, virtual, and on-demand programs.
  • Measure program effectiveness and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Identify external resources and manage vendor/consultant relationships.
  • Support other OD programs, such as team interventions, team-building, and enterprise program facilitation.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working in learning and development functions, preferably in a fast-growing technology environment
  • Demonstrable experience designing and rolling out new programming
  • Skilled facilitator that can adapt your delivery style based on audience and context

Ideally you are:

  • Skilled a communicating clearly and concisely, in both written and verbal forms.
  • Passionate and dedicated in enabling others to learn and grow.
  • Knowledgeable of effective learning and development methods.
  • A highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic and self-motivated individual.
  • Comfortable working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, deadlines etc. are continually evolving.
  • Committed to searching for new and innovative approaches to activities that enhance performance.
  • Resourceful in overcoming roadblocks that hinder processes.
  • Able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with change – knows how and when to be effective, successful change agent.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to set and manage expectations and competing priorities.
