Teradata is looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven Marketing leader to drive Global Demand Generation Campaign strategies and execution.  This role will define our global campaign initiatives.  It will include framework definition, strategy, flighting, goal definition, and content execution.  This role will partner across marketing functions, regional teams, and field sales leaders to drive Cloud ARR growth in target accounts.  This will include campaigns that support new account acquisition, expansions in existing accounts, and migrating existing customers to the cloud.  The role will also run a cross-function stand-up around integrated demand gen to ensure continual refinement and consistent communications and learning.  We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in strategic planning, B2B technology marketing, omnichannel campaign development and execution, field marketing, ABM, and digital marketing.

You will:

  • Develop customer-facing Global Campaign Framework and implementation strategies. Campaigns may include prospecting, customer growth/retention, ABM, field-driven, industry-specific, and joint partner programs.
  • Lead team to develop and execute omnichannel campaigns (outbound sequences) aligning to goals, target audience/personas, messaging, content & tactic plans.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership across internal teams and external agencies/vendors to ensure delivery of all campaign elements and establish process efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with EMEA, APJ, and AMS field marketing to support campaign planning, adoption, localization, and centralized or local execution.
  • Represent Global Demand Generation to align across marketing and sales, establish top-line KPIs and reporting cadence, and present to stakeholders at all levels on a consistent basis.
  • Work with insights team, marketing technologies and external vendors to analyze, optimize and report on results data.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to inform and advise on lead management, marketing technologies, customer communication cadence, contact management, account insights, campaign insights, and more.
  • Coordinate internally and externally to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership and sales operations/enablement to align on campaign framework communications and external-facing field-driven activities.
  • Work closely with internal and external content and creative development teams in support of campaign execution.
  • Build strategic investment plan to support needs across Global campaigns, regions, and routes to market and manage budgets and vendor relationships accordingly.

Experience:

  • 12+ years of demand generation campaign/and or marketing program management experience
  • Experience managing demand gen programs and/or teams
  • Must have strong experience in Global integrated marketing for B2B technology, digital marketing strategies/execution, and executive engagement
  • Must have strong communication and cross-functional virtual team leadership skills
  • Experience in building, managing, and motivating high performing teams
  • High energy self-starter with a can-do attitude, ability to learn quickly and adapt easily through change
  • Must have experience building and leveraging personas, content mapping to buyer’s journeys, and omi-channel campaigns
  • Must be data-driven and have strong experience testing, reporting, analyzing, and optimizing marketing efforts
  • Experience with digital strategy including advertising, email marketing, automated nurtures, web landing experiences, virtual events, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology: SFDC, Eloqua, MRM, Grove, and Digital Asset Management technologies
