Location:  San Diego, CA or Remote

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Acceleration team within GTM Enablement Organization is responsible for the program development, deployment, and adoption of critical sales processes & sales play programs across the GTM organization and buyer’s journey.

The GTM Enablement Program Associate will support the program management, bill of material orchestration, change management deployment, and field adoption of Global Sales Plays. This role will coordinate across multiple SMEs and cross-functional team members to support end-to-end sales plays. The position requires someone agile, innovative, and eager to jump in and help the needs of our sellers.    

 Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional development efforts in support of GTM strategy & account team needs
  • Quickly grasp and ramp up on a wide range of field program topics by leveraging SMEs across the company + independent research (e.g., market data, competitive analysis, etc.)
  • Develop program materials & documentation, including high-fidelity presentations, recordings, and customer-facing templates
  • Support preparation for and facilitation of meetings to align on decisions & clearly communicate program status
  • Partner with teams across the organization to break through the ambiguity and gather inputs for analysis and presentations
  • Break down complex business problems into crucial components, drive analysis for insights and answers to critical questions, and recommend practical solutions to get results
  • Become a trusted advisor and resource among our global Field teams and within the Enablement organization to understand the needs and voice of the business.

 Requirements:

The candidate must have 1-3+ years of experience, preferably in the technology industry—an understanding of the enterprise sales processes & the ability to work in a strong sales culture. The ability to create high-quality enablement materials is a must. 

Essential Qualifications and experience:

  • Must have a clear understanding of the Enterprise selling process and challenges
  • Strong critical thinker with an ability to ramp up quickly on Teradata business & sales processes
  • Robust communication skills (verbal, written), including the ability to present, facilitate, and negotiate
  • Independent problem solver who will take the initiative and execute work
  • Must be deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task
  • Ability to pick up on new technologies and processes quickly
