Office Manager Job Description Template:

Our company is looking to hire an office manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office. Duties will involve greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies and taking proper inventory, and supporting the consulting and management team.

To be a successful hire, you ideally will have a prior experience in office administration, you will have a user experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. High school education is required.

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing general office operation
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules
  • Coordination and communication with internal teams (geographical locations, communication in Czech and English)
  • Coordination and communication with external parties (Suppliers, Czech public institutions)
  • Supporting consulting teams (internal processes, communication with public institutions)
  • Supporting management team (producing reports, creating presentations, composing correspondence, communication with supporting teams, organization of various events)
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels

Office Manager Requirements:

  • A regular schedule (part or full time)
  • Previous experience in office administration (not mandatory)
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Office & PowerPoint, communication tools as MS Teams, Skype, Zoom)
  • Czech and English Language (both written and spoken)
  • High school education
