This position is for an Engineering Manager for SQLE Services Engineering team. SQLE Services is comprised of implementation, testing, and validation teams, working towards the same goal: to provide comprehensive, reliable, and scalable solutions for the Teradata SQL Engine (i.e. Teradata Database) for our supported public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). We are looking for a candidate to join our fast-paced and cutting-edge development organization that is at the forefront of our “Teradata Everywhere” strategy.

Responsibilities:
This position is for a Manager for the Azure Engineering team within the SQLE Services organization. The position involves leading one or more software engineering teams responsible for the development, integration, functional, and performance testing of SQLE Level features for our public cloud and on-premise solutions. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, empathetic, and creative engineering leader who is ready to participate in an agile team environment and contribute to the success of Teradata. Given our team’s focus on solutions in the cloud, the ideal candidate should also have experience working on projects on Linux Kernel, AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud. Experience with Teradata Vantage is also preferred.
