External Description:

As a Process Analyst on our Services Technology and Programs team, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining process documentation for our Professional Services organizations. You will evaluate how we do things today, find the pain points and misalignment within our processes to help shape an improved future state. A successful candidate is one that can learn quickly, is comfortable challenging the status quo, and drives structure and organization in a fast-paced, fluid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build clear and segmented process flow charts that can be used for both process improvement (as-is/to-be analysis) and training (easy to read)
  • Eliminate ambiguity by defining a roles and responsibilities matrix for all roles involved in the services fulfillment process
  • Drive global standardization by consulting SMEs around the world and identifying where and why there are functional or regional differences
  • Partner with the FinancialForce Product Owners to capture new or changing process flows
  • Quickly grasp and ramp-up on new technology tools and processes by leveraging SMEs across the company + independent research
  • Break down complex business problems into key components, drive analysis for insights and answers to critical questions, and recommend practical solutions to get results

 Key qualifications and experience:

  • Candidate must have 3+ years of experience, preferably in technology, professional services or finance enablement, or process engineering/design
  • Robust communication skills (verbal, written) including ability to present, facilitate, and engage in healthy debate
  • Proven experience with diagramming and process mapping tools (e.g. Visio, Trello, Omnigraffle)
  • Strong critical thinker with ability to ramp-up on quickly on Teradata business & services processes
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and administering document libraries and shared workspaces (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Office)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with systems/tools for operations processes including PSA (e.g. FinancialForce), CRM (e.g., Salesforce,) and/or ERP (e.g. Oracle, SAP), a plus
  • Expertise in designing, developing, planning, implementing and assessing training a plus
  • Independent problem solver who will take initiative and execute work
  • Must be deadline driven, organized and able to multi-task
