As the Program Manager, Financial Management & Governance for CS&S Service Operational Excellence, you will focus on defining the financial processes and practices being used through the CS&S organization for workforce optimization and project oversite.  Working with the Delivery Analytics team you will be responsible for performing gross margin analysis and reporting at a global and regional/account level via your interactions with the CS&S field organizations and FinOps.  In this role, you will also be responsible for not only reporting on actuals but proactively defining and managing the governance process across all three regions to improve our financials through disciplined analysis and oversite.  You will represent the needs of CS&S in Financial Force Initiative, and Oracle Billing (OM/CFS) where these tools have financial implications.   

This role will be responsible for actively working with matrixed management at all levels to facilitate effective cross-organizational planning and communications. Additionally, the candidate will be required to build relationships across the regional teams to ensure sound financial governance processes are established. You will work closely with CS&S Delivery Analytics, Finance Operations, and CS&S Delivery Organizations. The candidate should possess superior communication and collaboration skills with an ability to engage at all levels of the global organization.

You will:

  1. Define financial reporting and governance process across the regions  
  2. Ensure governance of the CS&S organization to corporate F&A policies and procedures for key practices in the area of Resource Management and time tracking  
  3. Identify revenue and margin improvement opportunities, dependencies, and risks as the business evolves  
  4. Lead regular financial reviews with the region and global delivery management
  5. Define key workforce optimization metrics and KPIs that allow us to benchmark ourselves against industry standards and make critical strategic decisions
  6. Manage the spending budget and Monthly outlook process for Service Operational Excellence (SOE) team

Key Responsibilities

  • Standardize and govern monthly/annual financial reporting and analysis for CS&S Delivery Management
  • Manage Revenue and GM Reporting at a global, offer, regional, and account basis
  • Work with Delivery Analytics team to provide useful dashboards, reports, and analytics for the Service Experience Manager (SEM) communities to manage the current book of business and identify opportunities for growth
  • Represent the needs of CS&S for corporate tools related to financials ensuring we have the best-in-class tools to support our customers and removing unnecessary overhead on the field resources (i.e., Financial Force, ServiceNow, ERP, WOT, Salesforce)
  • Manage monthly outlooks for the SOE team

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a complex global organization with a focus on financial management
  • Core understanding of Cost, Revenue, and GM
  • Power User for Excel and some knowledge of other tools like Salesforce
  • In-depth knowledge of PSA systems like FinancialForce
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes across a geographically distributed organization
  • Ability to streamline and implement new policies and tool
  • High-level understanding of “end to end” global business processes & sub-processes including resource management and financial management
  • Exhibits acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Versatility and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Executive presence, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • CPA or adequate experience with Accounting practices
  • Experience with best-in-class Services tools (i.e. Salesforce, FinancialForce, Oracle)
  • Experience with support services industry best practices
  • Prior experience with Teradata products and services
