Test Engineer, Cloud Database 
Location: Tijuana, BC, Mexico (Zona Rio) 

Teradata is looking to hire Test Engineers to join our team. Teradata is a market-leading hybrid cloud analytics provider. Our Cloud Database team is focused on extending core technology and interfaces to be fully cloud-native to better enable ease of use, elasticity, and enhanced ecosystem integration. Engineers who join our team will work on testing new innovations on multiple cloud platforms. 

Skills and Background Required 

• Current USA B1 Visa Required (or ability to obtain as a condition of employment) 
• Fluent in English & Spanish (Effective oral and written communications skills required) 
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience 
• 3+ years of test engineer experience 
• Experience with Automated UI Testing
• Experience with Automated API Testing
• Work schedule flexibility required (Work set schedules including weekends and holidays) 

Preferred Experience 

• Knowledge of QA methodology and tools 
• Experience with SQL 
• Experience with automated testing frameworks, tools, and services 
• Experience with Cypress a plus 
• Experienced in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies 
• Experience in AWS, Azure, and GCP Infrastructure Automation 
• Experience with Microservices and RESTful APIs 
• Experience with browser web UI testing utilizing the DOM 
• Experience with CICD and testing gates within pipelines 
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, JavaScript, Typescript, and Go. 
• Experience with Git, Gitlab, and GitHub Enterprise
