Sr. Director, Product Management Strategic Partnership

Description:

  • Work with GTM leader and Product Management leaders to identify product/solution/GTM gaps in offerings (software and hardware) and conduct build/buy/partner analysis.
  • Create a strategic partner roadmap based on the gap analysis for 2020 and beyond.
  • Create technical / product requirements for partner candidates.
  • Identify partner candidates to address and fill the gaps.
  • Collaborate with GTM leader to select the partner(s) to fill the gaps.
  • Develop business case/plan for partnership and investments.
  • Develop RFP, if required.
  • Works with Product Management to prioritize product requirements into roadmap as needed to support partnership integration.
  • In conjunction with GTM leader create score card for partnerships and evaluate partner candidates.
  • In conjunction with GTM leader create success criteria for partnerships.
  • Support GTM team for successful partner roll out.
  • Required travel: 30-50%.
  • Executive exposure.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of partnership channel development.
  • Proven partner success with demonstrated partner metrics.
  • Successfully build and expanded partnership GTM approaches.
  • Technical understanding of analytic data warehousing and the deployment ecosystem.
  • Executive presence and presentation skills.
