Job Title: Sr Revenue Analyst GCR

Location:  Beijing China

Summary Description:

The Sr Revenue Analyst is responsible for revenue recognition function for GCR and act as the subject matter expert to support the business and provide guidance to the business and other business units. Work very close with Deal Desk, legal, Sales, Finance and local field management on all related revenue and accounting matters. On monthly and quarterly basis complete all Revenue Recognition tasks such as comprehensive transaction review, revenue analysis and accounting review.

Essential Functions:

• High business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze pricing/financials, perform transactional accounting as required.
• Exceptional understanding of revenue recognition policy and ability to apply to multiple element transactions.
• Exceptional understanding of revenue recognition policy and ability to apply to professional services transactions.
• Ability to review and interpret complex contract/customer agreement detail.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate through all levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to details
• Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.  Ability to work closely with sales and sales management.
• The ability to professionally discuss business issues with management and offer advice and alternatives.
• Ability to utilize information technology to meet business and customer requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years related work experience
• Demonstrated financial/analytical skills gained through formal education, certification and work experience. 
• Self-directed individual.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, software revenue recognition ASC 606 and lease accounting ASC 842
• Experience in financial reporting and/or accounting functions
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Workday
• Strong capability in Excel and other windows applications
• Experience in accounting
