Job Title:  AP and T&E Accountant

 

Job responsibility:

Invoice/T&E processing for assigned countries
Payment runs for assigned countries
Invoice On Hold identification and resolution
Expense reports audit for assigned countries
Identification and resolution of payment rejections
Group Mailbox monitoring and administration
Month End Close of AP subledger for assigned countries
Account reconciliations
User Acceptance Testing as needed
Answer inquiries from suppliers and employees
Provide support for internal and external auditing
Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree, major in Finance or Accounting with more than 3 years relevant experience in multinational company;
Good communication skills and team work attitude;
Good command of both spoken and written English;
Japanese / Korean preferred;
Detail oriented, well organized with strong sense of responsibility,
Proficient with Oracle ERP preferred;
Familiar with Workday and Oversight preferred;
Shared service center experience preferred;
Working with multiple currencies and subsidiaries;
