Key responsibilities
● Act lead product owner for multiple scrum teams to delivery analytics service for Teradata GTM (Go To Market) business
● Work within the Teradata business team to build analytics solutions and products to enable the data driven business execution
● Build and develop strong relationships with the Teradata GTM business operation and analytics teams
● Review Teradata business strategy and provide analytics driven self service analytics empowerment
● Coordinate internal release planning with rest Teradata analytics delivery teams
● Oversee the review of the core products and ensure exit criteria have been met
● Whenever possible, provide new requirements to realize an end-to-end offering and solution
● Ultimately, ensure the delivery of an innovative offering and solution drawn from user requirements, market validation, and measured by KPIs
● Ensure product management activities meet industry-leading standards, processes and controls for product release activities across solution suites
● Understands User Stories, Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria and Tests
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate complex concepts to management, team members as well as non-technical audiences
● Exceptional ability to impact and influence business results where cross group collaboration is required using strong facilitation and consensus building skills
● Generally, act as the “head of gray areas” to address important issues that don’t directly fall into one specific function but are critical issues to address
● Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills


Basic qualification:
● BA/BS in a technically relevant field
● 10+ years of Product Management/Program Management experience in a software technology business
● 5+ years of experience in an analytics, data management and business intelligence area
● Good understand of big data management, data lake, data integration and self-service analytics
● Good understanding of relational database technology and market for on-premise and public cloud
● Good knowledge with Cloud , Software as a Service and CRM
● Deep understanding of analytics eco system
● Proven ability to execute over the entire product lifecycle guided by performance metrics
● Ability to create and own the product vision and manage the product backlog from user centered perspective
● Proven track record of taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market
● Analytical background sufficient for pricing / margin / elasticity analysis
● Proven ability to manage and scale a business from a product management perspective

Preferred Qualifications:
● Deep understanding of open source data platform technologies and markets to support data integration and analytics tasks at scale
● Previous experience with analytics on to of force.com
● Deep understanding of relational database technology and market
● Hands on experience with public cloud technology, and a good market understanding
● Familiarity with IoT technologies, use cases and market trends and leading PaaS offerings, e.g. Cloud Foundry and OpenShift
● Ability to analyze competitors, do SWOT analysis, and estimate market potential of feature and product
● Practical experience in the application development environment Teradata, Oracle, Vertica, ETL, Hadoop and Big Data Solutions, No SQL and operational knowledge of third party GUI and data transformation tools (like Pentaho, COGNOS, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Informatica and others)
● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment
