Job Description: 

 

The customer experience marketing Lead is to drive marketing planning and execution in GCA market. This role partners with the sales team and supports business goals, by implementing content marketing campaigns that engage existing customers and prospects, deliver new opportunities and accelerate existing pipeline. The successful candidate will define the marketing plan that is consistent with corporate, sales and marketing priorities and initiatives.

 

This role will build integrated campaigns to move existing customers and prospects through the buyer’s journey and accelerate the sales cycle for accounts. Goal will be to create demand using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics including multi-touch campaigns, local events, assist marketing head on event planning and execution including but not limited to PR events, media briefing, program and other brand events.

 

The successful candidate will understand the GCA markets, strategic planning and integrated execution. Excellent organizational skills and the proven ability to work and communicate cross functionally and with our customers.     

 

Job Requirements:    

 

  • Have 4+ years of relevant marketing experience supporting field sales organizations.
  • Experience managing a budget that aligns with marketing and sales goals and objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office project management experience. Strong inter-personal and communication skill, PR and PR related digital social experience will be a plus.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver campaigns on schedule.
  • A creative problem solver who challenges the status quo.
  • An individual contributor who enjoys working with sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in tracking ROI and analyzing marketing events, programs and metrics.
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce.com is a benefit.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
