We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition professionals with an expertise in sourcing great passive talent to build & provide world class talent pipelines for Teradata

 

We are sourcing for all disciplines not only Sales but Consulting, Professional Services, Data Scientists. If you’re at the top of your game, we want to talk to you. You have a natural curiosity and are someone that doesn’t source like everyone else does but knows how to find, engage and nurture great passive talent.

Our Ideal Candidate

1+ years of recruiting experience in a high-paced, tech-focused environment 
Experience recruiting for positions in tech, financial services and operations 
Must have strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy 

Able to work independently and utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills 
Must be detail oriented, with excellent administrative and organizational skills 
A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must! 

Bachelors’ degree.

 

Role & Responsibility

You will be directly responsible for ensuring that every candidate for a role at our organization has a phenomenal recruiting experience. You will work with business unit heads and the recruiting team to ensure that a recruiting roadmap is implemented. You will be responsible for coordinating and conducting interviews.
Manage the interview life-cycle from initial screening of applicants, coordinating interviews , and gathering feedback 
Work with hiring managers to define departmental needs, create or update job descriptions, and research compensation factors 

Successfully manage the recruitment processes to ensure seamless transitions and positive experience of candidates and employees
