Talent Acquisition at Teradata is in transformation mode. We are building a new TA function from the ground up. People, process, systems, operations, employment brand to support our transformation growth plans. You name it we are about to embark on it. You are a business & technically savvy recruiter that looks at hiring challenges through the lens of the business. You’re an innovative problem solver with a positive, “can-do” attitude and someone that is always looking for ways to work smarter and more efficient. You have well-honed organizational skills that give you the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet specific deadlines. You're flexible, comfortable with change and will continually adjust your work habits to adapt and improve the global recruiting process. As we build out a sourcing team you will manage a reasonable req load that ensures the highest quality of hire. Your objective to meet headcount goals and implement recruitment strategies for aligned business units. You may be full life cycle initially and as we build out the team you will collaborate with a dedicated sourcers to hire the best of the best. candidates. You will guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection and interview process with the utmost focus on candidate experience.
