Responsibility:

• Invoice/T&E processing for assigned countries
• Payment runs for assigned countries
• Invoice On Hold identification and resolution
• Identification and resolution of payment rejections
• Group Mailbox monitoring and administration
• Month End Close of AP subledger for assigned countries
• Account reconciliations
• User Acceptance Testing as needed
• Answer inquiries from suppliers and employees
• Provide support for internal and external auditing
• Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor degree, major in Finance or Accounting with more than 2 years’ relevant experience in multinational company
• Good communication skills and team work attitude
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Detail oriented, well organized with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient with Oracle ERP preferred
• Shared service centre experience preferred
• Working with multiple currencies and subsidiaries
