CallidusCloud Analyst - ITS
Description:
As an IT Sales Comp - CallidusCloud Analyst at Teradata, you will participate in complex, multi-disciplinary projects related to the Callidus platform, working closely with the Sales Compensation Operations team supporting all aspects of Callidus Cloud application including configuration, customization, integrations, performance optimization and data management. This role will also involve report design and development using native Callidus Reporting.
You will be a member of the IT Department reporting directly to the IT Manager of the Callidus Platform. The Callidus Team is focused on driving the success of Teradata’s business transformation and the modernization of our business applications and infrastructure.
Callidus Cloud Analyst
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Gather and document Sales incentive compensation management requirements
· Manage all aspects of configurations within Callidus
· Design/develop compensation reporting within Callidus native reporting or external reporting systems
· Design/develop integrations in and out of the CallidusCloud platform
· Translate user requirements into documented specifications
· Provide IT support by responding to production issues as a priority
· Manage the application change requests and problem resolution process
· Follow and enforce Change management release processes
· Manage end-to-end testing
· Develop communication and training to support end user readiness
Key Competencies
· Experience with Software Development Lifecycle
· Experience with Callidus Commissions and Reporting applications
· Experience with data integration
· Knowledge of Informatica Data Integration Suite a plus
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, software engineering, business or equivalent required
· Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership role deploying and supporting a Callidus implementation
· Team player, energetic, quality minded, focused, committed, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Strong team management skills, able to instill passion, loyalty, and commitment among team members at all levels
· High degree of professional confidence and credibility with an effective presence. Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate technical concepts and plans at all levels
· Strong problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills
· Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications
· Strong understanding of project methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
· Experience facilitating cross-functional business process analysis and design
