QA Lead - Analytics Development

As the QA Lead within our Analytic Platform organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and execution of the testing of application releases as well as ecosystem upgrades. The position is a collaborative role between development, ScrumMasters, Business Systems Analyst as well the functional business leads, and the operations organization. This position also works automation engineers to build an automation test platform and supporting process.

Role and Responsibilities
• Lead activities related to automating test execution and validation activities
• Create test orchestration sequence and plans
• Oversee development of test automation scripts
• Define requirements and standard operating procedures of future test management system
• Participate in multiple scrum teams and validate quality of test cases
• Oversee the execution of release test plans and report on status and results of each execution
• Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
• Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes
• Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
• Conduct process improvement reviews with all development team members
• Maintain overall responsibility of solution quality

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4-6 years of previous test management experience
• Experience with Agile methodology
• 8-10 years of experience in systems analysis, development, or testing. Strongly prefer experience in large integrated data environments
• Experience in functional and regression test automation
• Experience with building and executing test plans for analytic ecosystem upgrades
• Prefer experience in bash or python scripting Formal training in project management practices preferred
• Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
• Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
