We are looking for an intern to work 6 hours per day, from Monday to Friday, for a one year period (with possibility to extend).

Note: During COVID19 Pandemic, work from home policy is applicable until further notice

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Monthly and biweekly creation of PO's in ERP, checking the accounting coding and approval chain, following corporate rules

Upload and control of invoices and reception in ERP

PO's control. Checking accounting and closure of orders fully used

Vendor balances control. Issuance of tax withholding certificates

Weekly payments review, tax withholdings applicability control. Vendor's invoices and employee's expenses control

Sending and coding invoices in our accounting system

Payment forms creation. SUSS, ARBA withholdings and perceptions, VAT, sales Tax, security and hygiene tax. Customs payments

Manual and immediate payment requests to Corporation

Sales invoices creation in local system and sending to customers

 

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements 

 

Must be enrolled in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance degree program.

Must be proactive, detail oriented and willing to learn.

Advanced English and excel skills are required.

Candidate must have an analytic spirit, be orderly and methodical
