Sr. Treasury Analyst

External Description:

The Senior Treasury Analyst for Global Operations has primary responsibility for the Company’s intercompany loan portfolio and provides broad support for the cash operations and FX exposure management functions. Specific areas of focus are:

 

Intercompany Loan Portfolio Management

• Liaise with Cash Operations team closely on country level liquidity needs
• Liaise with Tax department to ensure tax and local regulatory compliance
• Loan accounting entries and associated GL reconciliations
• Loan documentation administration
• Currency exposure management and foreign currency (FX) trade execution
• Coordinate interest/principal payment transfers

Primary out-of-office coverage person for Cash Operations team (3 FTEs)

• Daily cash positioning and liquidity management across all three geographic regions (Americas, EMEA, APJ)
• Short Term Investing execution
• Foreign Exchange Exposure Management
• Treasury Liaison to local Teradata organizations
• Bank Documentation administration

FX Exposure Management and trade execution

• FX Exposure management and trade execution for intercompany loan portfolio
• Out-of-office coverage for all FX trading and exposure management
• FX Accounting backup

Bank Account Management

• Global bank account and signor tracking/monitoring
• Quarterly cash balance reconciliation exercise

Cash Operations Team Support

• Bank documentation administration
• Cash transfer execution
• Bank portal administration

 

Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in Treasury/FP&A/Accounting
• Treasury cash management experience a plus
• Excellent analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Works well in a team environment
• MS Excel advanced user minimum
