 Key Areas of Responsibility

• Supports account team with deep industry knowledge
• Understands industry and account-specific business problems that are addressable with Teradata solutions
• Develop concise TCO and value proposition messaging
• Develops content for presentations and RFP responses
• Analyzes customer business processes and demonstrates how processes would change after solution implementation
• Uses financial modeling to demonstrate the value gained by implementing Teradata solutions
• Translate key customer business drivers into measurable metrics
• Maintains knowledge of Teradata products and solutions and their application to customer business problems
• Uses subject matter expertise to win customer trust and build confidence in Teradata solutions
• Embeds industry knowledge into account teams and other consultants
• Codifies engagements into internal IP to be utilized on similar engagements

 

Professional experience & skills:

• Substantial industry knowledge: Finance Infrastructure
• Significant analytics consulting experience
• Customer relationship management experience with complex clients
• Well developed communication and presentation skills
• Proven skills in developing relevant messaging for business buyers
• Ability to apply critical thinking to develop and solve business challenges
• Innovative and creative capabilities to provide industry leading solution strategies
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
