Global Change Enablement Senior Manager

We are looking for a Global Change Enablement Senior Manager to design and own communication channels to inform internal and external customers of the plan, progresses,and expectations of our transformational journey. You will work with leadership to understand the up and coming activities that need to be communicated. As Global Change Enablement Senior Manager, you will be an expert in industry best practices for planning, organizing, communicating, and presenting on the transformational journey, and you will have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud or ServiceNow.

Teradata is embarking on a transformation journey to standardize and modernize our people, processes, and tools across Customer Support and Services. We are establishing "practice areas" to lead us through the transformation and to provide on-going operational support. The Global Change Enablement Senior Manager will help lead us in this journey.

 

Primary Responsibility

  • Organize, plan, communicate, and present materials on Customer Support & Services' transformation journey
  • Work closely with leadership to establish effective, timely and frequent communications
  • Work with others involved to understand and represent the perspective and needs of the internal and external customer
  • Gather, curate, and prioritize communication needs to inform internal and external customers
  • Define, log, prioritize, and manage a backlog of communications work, ensuring that high priority items are worked first
  • Document existing communications, workflow diagrams, and all other supporting media; work with internal teams to produce materials
  • Work closely with Business Stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Create and maintain user personas, use-cases, and business requirements documents
  • Set up process success criteria for monitoring
  • Coordinate and oversee communications across various groups

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be local to San Diego or willing to relocate
  • Prior experience in establishing best-in-class communications for an organizational transformation to either Salesforce Service Cloud or ServiceNow.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and familiar with agile principles
  • Ability to develop effective communications to customers and cross-organizational/cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillswith the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
