As a member of the Think Big Analytics, you will work with and learn from the best people in the industry as you help clients define their big data strategy, architect and implement these road maps, and bring to life revolutionary new analytics and insights.

As a Principal Manager you will:

• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale client projects
• Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with the Think Big methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction
• Anticipate clients’ needs and proposes alternative business solutions
• Seek and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• Assist in managing Advisory service work streams focused on providing technical advice and implementation regarding: platform selection, vendor selection, big data and analytics technologies, deployment and software integration

You should be able to do the following:

• Have the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical groups
• Lead contract development and negotiation
• Resolve any issues and solves problems throughout project life cycle
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports

Do you have amazing project management skills such as:

• Possesses a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives
• Success at managing programs and projects of appropriate scale (10+ resources)
• Extensive experience leading, coordinating, and organizing remote teams in a collaborative environment
• Basic understanding of Big Data technologies, the Hadoop ecosystem and their applications to our clients
• Ability to travel up to 50%
