External Description:

Main responsabilities:
• PS Financial management: outlook, cost, pre sales, expenses, borrowed-lent cost, OCS
• Customer contracts management
• Main point of contact with Local team (Legal, Sales support, Planning) and Support Prague.
• Implementation and development of Process improvements (orders booking, presales control, OCS,..)
• Support the Practice consulting Excellence leader on the following topics; PMO/ Bid Reviews/ Risks/ Governance/ Policies Compliance

Main activities:

PS Finance:
• Outlook & P&L
• Revenue & orders
• Gaps analysis between Actuals and Outlook
• Responsible for monthly close
• Costs forecast and optimisation ; borrowed and lent resources, GDC cost, T&E, salaries, benefits.
• P&L project: control, review and validation in collaboration with CD/DP/CP
• Pre Sales Management (opportunity analysis, budget, follow-up, control….)

Contracts:
• Participation to the redaction of contracts
• Ensuring forecast is in line with contracts
• Revenue recognition optimisation, WIP reduction.

OCS:
• Gap analysis between forecast and actual
• Ressource Manager backup

Process / PMO & reporting:
• Policy Application
• Control
• Bid review preparation and participation
• Cost of Quality management
• Identify risks and mitigation

Other activities:
• Monthly reporting: provide reports to TBA manager
• Annuity
• Managed Services follow-up
• Compliance
• Adhoc projets and support request
• Sales Forces follow-up (opportunities)

Point of contact with local French team / Legal, Sales support, Planning, Prague support, auditors…

Governance :
• Reporting to the Teradata Think Big Analytics Country Leader
• Participate to business meeting
• Organize internal meetings with several teams: Finance, Contracts, Support ….
• Participate to the Outlook Wesemea meetings.

Expirience and Skills :
• Finance background (+ de 5 years), controlling et Accounting
• Communication skills
• Team spirit
• Interests for transverse activities (Finance, Legal, Support, Project managers CD/DP/CP, …)
• Strong analytical skills
• Improvement process, setup of KPIs, controller, analysis and cost optimization.
• Flexible, accuracy, capacity of management different activities, respect of deadlines
• Professional English (written, oral)
• Excel advanced
