The QueryGrid Engineering Team is seeking a highly motivated engineering Intern to perform research and development for QueryGrid features.
Your Business Objectives would include:
- Work independently, with an assigned mentor and with other team members of a very strong development team on challenging and exciting assignments.
- Participate in development of enhancements and new features for the Teradata QueryGrid product.
- Become familiar with all Teradata connectors and apply your experience to enhance our Teradata, Hive, Presto, Spark, or Oracle connectors.
- Must be enrolled in BS/MS degree program. Graduation dates between December 2019-June 2021
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Strong C++/Java programming language skills
- Exposure to SQL and various database concepts and internals
- Experience with scripting languages (bash, Python)
- Working knowledge of Linux operating system
- Experience with Teradata and Hadoop technologies a plus
