HR Workday Technology Manager

External Description:

As a HR Technology Manager, you will be responsible for providing world class solutions for our employees globally on HR tech related topics. You will be part of the team that drives value out of the Workday Human Resources System of Record. The role will be focused on “tomorrow” - meaning the continuous improvement of existing solutions, new program or feature enablement and drive for the very best outcomes our HR Technology solutions can enable. 

Your expertise will also be leveraged to impact HR services to the overall HR community, such as optimization of operational process, delivery of metrics and analytics, and execution of projects and tasks to keep Teradata in compliance with the laws, regulations and requirements in all of the jurisdictions where Teradata employs people.

You will:

• Provide subject matter expertise and mature perspective to influence the global HR Technology roadmap and prioritization of initiatives
• Assist with cost/benefit analysis for proposed business cases or projects
• Apply deep expertise in WD design and configuration
• Partner with stakeholders at all levels and all regions to assess, plan, design, build, test and deploy solutions to achieve desired outcomes in a methodical way
• Plan and lead the global user acceptance testing
• Develop and deliver Workday user procedures, guidelines and training
• Educate users on operational practices to ensure user readiness for the deployment
• Maintain and support functional aspects of Workday HCM
• Drive new feature and function adoptions to maximize technology investments
• Design and execute routine audits to ensure data integrity
• Ensure HR technology and related process compliance to judications where Teradata operates

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with Workday is required
• Experience on the various aspects of human resources and associated technologies, with domain expertise in HR Operations and Compensation
• Deep subject matter expertise in Workday core HR and business process configuration, EIB, and reporting 
• Proven track record partnering with HR CoEs, HR business partners, finance, IT and various policy owners to design, build and deploy technology solutions in a global environment
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience and expertise with Workday compensation preferred
