External Description:

工作职责

• 负责金融行业数据仓库模型设计和维护，包括源系统信息调研、模型设计、协助指导源目标映射和ETL脚本开发、标准编码维护、数据质量规则设计与结果分析等
• 负责金融行业数据仓库模型评估与优化，对当前数据仓库模型进行评估，针对评估问题提供优化建议，指导优化建议的落地实施
• 负责金融行业业务领域集市数据模型设计，基于各业务领域的信息模型（信息项）进行数据模型设计，形成业务领域的数据模型，评估信息项的数据满足度，协助指导信息项的加工与生成
• 培训客户或其他人员，指导与评审其他人员工作。

技能要求

• 计算机、金融等相关专业，本科六年以上、研究生四年以上银行交易系统设计或数据仓库相关工作经验
• 熟悉银行业务知识， 包括个人业务、对公业务、资金业务等，了解这些业务数据所对应的数据源（系统）
• 熟悉银行核心账务、信贷、贷记卡、国际结算等交易系统或具有相关系统的设计开发经验
• 熟悉数据仓库系统模型设计或具有相关开发经验
• 掌握企业数据管理之数据模型相关知识与方法，如数据架构、数据整合、数据质量管理、主数据管理
• 具有关系型数据库模型设计的相关经验，包括范式建模和星型模型设计
• 熟悉Erwin、Power　Designer或其他数据建模工具
