Treasury Analyst

Numbers are your strong suit. You are analytical, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a high-volume work environment. You are unfazed by the challenges of solving complex problems with minimal direction. As a Treasury Analyst Beijing, you will oversee and manage the use of Teradata finances – including cash flow, asset and liability levels, and credit and investment income. Gaining global exposure to the Asia Pacific region, you will support Teradata corporate cash and banking operations in thirteen countries.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze bank fees to ensure appropriate accounting treatment and compliance with agreed pricing
• Identify cost savings opportunities from the restructuring of bank services, bank accounts, and process improvement
• Liaise with accounting department to ensure proper reporting of Teradata’s cash balances and cash transactions
• Maximize yield and minimize administrative costs by matching maturities to funding requirements
• Minimize foreign exchange exposure by effectively managing foreign currency cash positions
• Process internal and external cash transfers to support liquidity needs, emergency/exception payments, and intercompany settlements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or equivalent experience
• Fluency in business-level English
• Experience in Treasury Cash Management
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
