Summary Description:

The Teradata IntelliCloud Security Compliance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Teradata IntelliCloud governance and compliance. These responsibilities include communicating with customers and account teams, managing internal and exeternal audits, managing security policies, risk management, compliance dashboard management, and ensuring that Teradata IntelliCloud meets compliance requirements and applicable security standards.

 

 

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Develop, implement, manage and enforce Teradata IntelliCloud security policies
  • Meet with current and prospective customers and sales teams to ensure that the Teradata IntelliCloud security and compliance features are understood and utilized
  • Plan and manage internal and external audits for Teradata IntelliCloud services
  • Manage and maintain compliance reporting for third party services
  • Develop, implement, and manage Teradata IntelliCloud operational security procedures
  • Build and manage compliance reporting dashboards
  • Document mapping between compliance frameworks and establish standards with service teams for streamlining evidence collection and management

 

Skills & Attributes:

The ideal candidate will possess the skills and experience listed below:

  • Candidate must have the expertise to understand the Teradata IntelliCloud’s technical and business environment, and experience delivering multiple certifications for customers including GDPR, ISO 27001/2, SOC 1/2 / SSAE-16/18, PCI DSS, and HIPAA frameworks.
  • Designed and deployedt IT GRC solutions, including security auditing, risk management, vulnerability assessments and incident management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery capabilities.
  • Familiarity with national security standards including NIST/FedRAMP.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure security models
  • Ability to quickly develop working relationships with peers and key stakeholders, such as business partners, legal, internal audit and technology specialists.
  • Proven experience in developing and optimizing customer due diligence processes (RFPs, CAIQ, BITS SIG questionnaires)
  • Experience with GDPR and EU data privacy a definite plus

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 years of information technology experience
  • 5+ years leadership experience in compliance, information security and privacy
  • Bachelors degree in information security/systems or related experience
  • CISSP / CISA certification is highly desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate information security to a wide audience of both technical and non-technical personnel (customers, auditors, legal staff, engineers)
  • Result oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven experience in developing simple, effective and easy to adopt security policies
  • Proven experience rationalizing policies using unified control frameworks (UCF, CSA Cloud Control Matrix)
