 Key Areas of Responsibility

 Responsible for all work streams related to the Go to Market strategy and to ensure successful outcomes:

  • Development:  Ideate and formulate future development roadmap working across business functions to understand priorities and improve all Outcome assets
  • Database:  Manage integrated database and content creation for all Outcomes for both internal and external facing assets
  • Vendor:  Manage all vendor partners, timeline, and budget to implement new features and functionality supporting all Outcomes
  • Reporting:  Define & deliver reporting requirements to record Outcomes integration in the field with opportunities, consultants’ trips, etc.
  • Adoption & Engagement:  Provide usage feedback to Outcome owners for revisions and or new Outcome card creation
  • Outcomes Training:  Identify & define consultant training needs and develop training programs/sessions

Skills

  • Eight years of relevant experience in data analytics-driven business outcome performance improvement
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Prior experience in operational processes, business-related outcomes, and associated financial impact
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in matrix organization where internal relationship building and credibility is critical
  • Solid understanding and experience using data with advanced analytics, business intelligence, data warehouse solutions, and big data analytics to improve business performance.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to develop and solve business challenges
  • Knowledge and understanding of Business Processes, Business Process Modeling, Business Metrics, and best practices to drive customer success.
  • Experienced with performing Business and Finance Modeling to measure the value of business impact of new technology and processes across the client’s organization.
  • Highly skilled in organizational politics, value proposition development, solution selling, focusing on the customer, sales ability / persuasiveness, and business needs analysis.
  • Experience working with teams and leading project development, meeting accelerated timeframes
  • Prior experience in line accountability for outcome driven operational P&L across at least two industries

This position is working in a virtual office environment, including home office & customer site. A combination of independent work and team collaboration will be required. Travel up to 50% is also expected depending on the location of the candidate.
