Responsible for the entire Recruitment cycle starting from sourcing till the candidate joins.

Job Specification

10 to 12 years of recruitment experience in IT industry with last 2 to 5 years in an R&D organization specializing in Cloud recruitment
Strong IT Industry Knowledge
Expertise in using various recruitment sources like Head Hunting, Portals, Networking & executing Interview Events
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Go-getter attitude
IT Technical knowledge is preferable.
Target Oriented
Good on Reporting / MIS experience
Any Graduate with good academic background

Job Description

Define and set the strategy for meeting recruiting demand for a small/medium, complex part of the organization in coordination with Talent Acquisition Manager and ensure that it is in line with the organization’s business strategy.
Ensure hiring processes are followed completely and recommend process improvements if any
Collaborate with leadership on profile development and assist in supply and demand planning to meet overall business objectives
Monitor external competitor analysis and recommend adjustments to recruiting strategies and processes as needed
Develop expert knowledge of recruiting demands and skills profiles
Oversee team to execute Recruiting Plan and meet targets
Responsible for coordinating a large recruiting pipeline and meeting recruiting targets
Act as a main point of contact with external vendors/agencies; participate in contract negotiations and management
Screen applications and select candidates
Coordinate and conduct interviews
Help co-ordinate recruiting events and sourcing activities
Offer Negotiations and Follow Up till the candidate joins
Process Employee referrals
Ensure update of recruiting database and tools
Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions
Frequent interaction and manage relationships with stakeholder group
Communicate recruiting strategy, policies and procedures to team
