Role Summary:

Position open is for “Manage Service Solution Lead” at Teradata Global Delivery Center (GDC) India. This position requires associate to work in collaboration with GDC “Manage Service Solution Partner”.

MS Solution Lead primary responsibility will be to develop and grow MS portfolio and implement Cross Center standard Project Delivery model. Ensure centralized tools availability to look at delivery across projects

Work closely with offer management, Americas and International delivery partners to ensure that Teradata has the market solutions to continue upward growth. Provide a common shared platform for the exchange of MS best practices, knowledge and expertise. Establish and develop competency and cross-functional team to enable enterprise wide coordination.

 

MS Solution Lead - Responsibilities:

Collaborate with GDC “Manage Service (MS)Practice Head” to:

• Develop and grow MS portfolio.
• Pre-sales support to Regional MS teams. Review proposals and provide GDC Sign-off
• Improve Project delivery quality and Customer Satisfaction. 
• Help implement Cross Center delivery model.
• Encapsulation and knowledge sharing to support emerging operational consulting offers.
• Improvements within CMP framework and Roadmaps.
• Ensure CMP implementation across projects.
• Focus on Automation, standard tools and processes.
• Ensures new knowledge is encapsulated in the form of best practices, processes and tools.
• Define and implement best practices for development and creation of assets across entire GDC.
• Define Training objectives for MS associates, Practice/Centers.
• Enable use of ServiceNow for various MS initiatives.
• Participate in Demand management and project distribution across Centers.
• Decide best ways of operational efficiency.
• Plan hiring across centers based on outlook/new business demands.
• Should have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Provide the leadership required to continuously improve MS assets through encapsulation of field based experience.
• Reporting to MS Solutions Partner.
