Human Resources Consultant – France based in Antony.

POSITION SUMMARY
This is a full end to end HR generalist role which supports the Teradata business in France, covering approx. 180 employees. The Human Resources Consultant is responsible for providing operational and generalist human resource consultative support to deliver the company's business strategy.

This role will suit a HR Consultant who wishes to further their experience in HR delivery and is looking to deliver his/her skills in fast moving international environment where you will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities. You must have the knowledge to spot issues/problems, proactively address concerns and research a solution. This is a wide and varied role and will require someone with a can-do approach to work with an enthusiasm to leave.

This position will be based in Antony, working closely with the WESEMEA HR Manager.
 
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• HR consulting: Provide HR generalist support and consultation to senior business leaders and employees across various client groups for employee development & performance management, retention and employee engagement, and providing advice and guidance to managers in the effective use of HR programs and policies.
• Deploy global programs for performance and compensation management e.g. Annual performance and salary review cycle, annual benefit reviews, deployment of variable pay schemes, global grading & salary structures etc.
• Employee relations:Advise managers on management of staff grievances and issues, ensuring compliance to local and corporate policies, processes and regulations.
• HR operations: Ensure day to day administration covering contracts, information to payroll, ensuring compliance to local and corporate policies, processes and regulations, relations with workers council
• Coordinate termination notifications and manage the exit process
• Adhoc HR Reporting

 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years generalist HR experience
• Strong communication & organisational skills
• Exposure across France employment law
• Ability to work independently under pressure and with a "can-do" attitude
• Professionally presented with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Broad based knowledge of HR function areas (Performance Management, Employee relations, Compensation & Benefits, etc)
• Experience with MS Office (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook)
• Degree qualified
