External Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute social media posts
  • Assist social team with campaigns, the social newsroom and meeting KPI Goals
  • Oversee day to day social media community management including but not limited to reviewing Teradata’s social channels and responding to comments and direct messages
  • Manage day to day social media scheduling and creative request tracking process.
  • Create and enforce video upload process for company
  • Work with digital team to manage YouTube SEO strategy and monthly keyword updates.
  • Learn/Master YouTube Creators Studio to add hyperlinks, CTA cards, and end screens/You Tube video cards to each video.
  • Work with Digital, Brand, Customer Success, PR and Demand Gen teams to source all video content created and ensure content contains keywords, descriptions, tags, CTA, and url’s before being added to YouTube or social asset library.
  • Create and execute strategy to increase followership and monthly subscriptions to Teradata brand channel
  • Oversee global video strategy and collaborate with global teams on translations and playlist requests
  • Develop cadence of email and/or Yelp communications to promote usage of employee advocacy tool globally and incentivize and gamify use as needed.
  • Assist with Everyone Social Content updates as needed.
  • Update Social Media Center of Excellence guides for global employee resource management platform.
  • Manage SocialLive tool and all LinkedIn Live video request
  • Work with team on paid social media, collaborating with Just Media agency partners and Demand Gen team on campaigns as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field preferred
  • Social Media tool knowledge: Sprinklr, EveryoneSocial, Social Live
  • You Tube knowledge
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
