We are seeking a Compensation Analyst who will have a focus in Stock Administrator who is a key member of our global compensation team. This role will primarily be responsible for end-to-end administration, compliance and analytics of the Company’s equity and ESPP plans globally.

You will:

  • Support day-to-day administration of the Company’s stock programs, including new equity awards, exercises, terminations, cancellations and releases
  • Maintain integrity of employee equity data and ensure accuracy of recordkeeping using the Company’s online stock plan administration database
  • Administer the Company’s ESPP program; including monthly purchase, monitor ESPP limits, open enrollment periods and related communications
  • Coordinate with internal and international payroll departments to ensure proper taxation, withholding and reporting of all equity transactions
  • Produce monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting and analysis for Payroll, Human Resources, Tax and Finance departments as needed and respond to ad-hoc requests
  • Assist with both domestic and international compliance reporting and filings
  • Gain valuable experience in Executive Compensation, assisting with Executive Compensation analysis and Board of Director pay
  • Prepare equity summary for the board meetings to include the status of the equity pool and award activities
  • Develop, document and maintain controls/integrity of data and processes
  • Participate in compensation surveys
  • Respond to employee inquiries while providing excellent customer service to equity participants and business partners at all levels pertaining to equity programs, equity transactions and other equity-related matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required
  • Two years of business-related experience is required, preferably in Compensation, Finance/Accounting or involving data analysis
  • Proficient skill level in Excel, including use of V-Lookups and pivot tables

Ideally you would have:

  • Experience in compensation with stock plan administration is highly preferred
