Job Title:  Senior Organizational Development Leader  

Location: San Diego, CA

Overview:

• Develop and execute holistic talent strategy to enable strategic business needs within a 5,500+ highly matrixed, globally disbursed line of business
• Drive all talent management practices within a line of business with a focus on prediction and planning (strategy cascade, culture change, talent review, strategic workforce planning, etc.)
• Contribute knowledge and resources to global talent practice and skill transfer within Human Resources and across the entire Teradata organization

 

Requirements:

• 10-15 years’ experience in leading talent management, large-scale change and organization development initiatives 
• BA or BS required; graduate or post graduate degree in I/O Psychology, Organization Behavior, Organization Development is preferred
• Experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role partnering between Human Resources, senior business leadership and Finance 
• Highly adaptable and with a practical consulting orientation 

 

Ideally you would have:

• Ability to grasp complex strategy in growing global organization and can formulate effective talent strategy to enable objectives
• Proven experience building strong consultative partnerships with diverse people across levels, functions, culture and geography, especially those in senior leadership positions
• Demonstrated thought leadership and continuous learning in the field, with deep and wide knowledge of OD models, diagnostics and modern talent practices
• Strong background in diagnosis, analysis and complex problem solving
• Comfort with data analysis, identifying trends, and isolating predictive variables
• Experience recommending organizational structures to accelerate specific business strategies, including acquisitions, consolidations and high-growth
