General Requirements

The candidate should ideally hold a Bachelor’s/Masters’s degree in Computer Sciences/IT/Software Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics and the following skills:

• Graduating in 2023 or less than one year of experience (Graduated in 2022)
• Strong analytical skills
• Structured Thinking Approach
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English)
• Discipline to pace own work
• Effective team working habits
• Eye for detail
• Willingness to travel

Hand-On experience within any of the following knowledge areas or technologies will be an advantage

• Exposure to Statistics and Experience with Machine Learning as well as Deep Learning during their coursework and FYP/Thesis.
• Good knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems & Data Warehousing, SQL writing along with Python and Java Programming concepts.
• Technical skills in Database Management, Shell Scripting, and Systems Administration
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies
• Broad understanding of IT service management. Familiarity with ITIL concepts such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.

What to Expect

It is a 12 months program for candidates who live up to expectations. These expectations include a willingness to continuously learn and work under pressure as well as being able to adapt quickly to different development environments and business domains. The successful candidates will be trained on our tools and technologies in different functions and inducted into our mainstream department at the end of the program.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for written aptitude and technical tests followed by interviews. We encourage healthy diversity in our offices. Female graduates are encouraged to be part of this program.
